Connect with your baby through nurturing, observing and learning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:0px;text-transform:capitalize\">tumble tots \u2013 18months \u2013 3 years (45 minute class)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One adult\/caregiver will actively participate with their child under direct supervision of a qualified coach. In this structured class your child will explore fundamental movements such as jumping, hanging, swinging, climbing, balancing and supporting. Basic gym body positions &nbsp;will be introduced with an emphasis on the development of gross motor skills. This class will also help your child learn social skills, listening, following instructions, sharing and taking turns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">pre kinder gym 3 yrs (45 minute class)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a structured non-parented class that gives your child a opportunity to become more independent. Basic gymnastics shapes, balance, swings, hangs, jumps and rolls will be taught. We will also be developing basic movement, coordination, confidence and listening skills to help your child become a well rounded athlete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">kinder gym 4 \u2013 5 yrs (1hr class)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This class is for our beginner gymnast and will introduce your child to the sport of gymnastics. The participants will jump, hang, swing, balance and climb through various circuits. Emphasis will be on skill progression, coordination, flexibility and strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">Advanced Kindergym 4-5 Yrs (2hr Class)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Coach recommendation only<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Athletes must be tested by the recreational coordinator for balance, strength and coordination.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This is a new 2 hour program introduced in<\/em> 2024, and has since been developed for girls and boys who have excelled in Kindergym and need a little more of a challenge. Our Advanced Kindergym program will allow athletes to develop strong basic gymnastics skills and progress into advanced gymnastics classes. Focusing on developing their coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility. <strong>Space is limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">girls recreation jr 6- 9 yrs (1.5hr class)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This class is for our beginner gymnast and will introduce and build upon basic gymnastic skills. The participants will jump, hang, swing, balance and climb through various circuits. Emphasis will be on skill progression, coordination, flexibility and strength. This program is a developmental program. &nbsp;The principles of movement, swing, spring, statics, landings, locomotion and rotations are all incorporated into the program . As a prerequisite the gymnast is required to have completed level 3 of our girls recreation program. Gymnasts will be working on and tested on skills required to progress into our level 1 competitive program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">Shooting Stars 6-8yrs (1.5hr class twice weekly)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This program is designed for the Advanced Kindergym Athletes who show a keen interest and potential for the sport of Gymnastics.  <em>Gymnasts will need to be recommended to this program by one of our coaches. <\/em>Athletes and coaches focus on developing skills with the polish and presentation needed for further advanced gymnastics training. Prerequisites &#8211; beginner cartwheel\/bridges without support, baby handstand, hang on bars, balance on higher beam without help. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:capitalize\">Super Stars 8-12yrs (2hr class twice weekly)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This program is designed for Advanced-level athletes who are looking for more of a challenge in the gym! This class practices twice a week for 2 hours. Credits are available on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you should register for a class that is cancelled PRIOR to the start of a session, we will provide you with a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you choose to withdraw your athlete from a class, we require <strong>10 days notice prior to the start date<\/strong> to receive a refund. We shall retain a<strong> $50 withdrawal fee.<\/strong> The balance of the refund will be processed to the method used when registering. Should you cancel after the session start date, no refunds will be provided.
